Giles Foreman is one of the leading acting coaches in the UK, USA and throughout Europe. He is a specialist in realism for stage and screen using the Methodological approach to acting, and notably in the Yat Malmgren/Laban technique known as Character Analysis or Movement Psychology. He has introduced the work to a new generation of actors in London, Paris, New York, Los Angeles, Zurich, Berlin, Vienna, Munich, Madrid, Rome, Cairo. He was recently awarded a special Swiss Film-Academy award for his work as a film-acting coach.

Theo received his acting training at Cours Florent in Paris, and since 2011 has also studied Method Acting with Jack Waltzer (lifelong member of the Actors Studio) in Paris, London and Los Angeles. Over the past five years he has also graduated from Drama Studio London, taught Acting in English at Cours Florent and, while doing so, obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Performance Teaching from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, as well as a Certificate for Teaching in Higher Education from Harvard University. Theo is course-leader for the 1-year acting course. Agnieszka trained at the prestigious AktorStudio acting school in Warsaw for 3 years. In her graduation year she was cast in a TV series Viola my Love produced by Roma Gąsiorowska. Later she was engaged in two stage plays, one based on The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, as the female lead; and The Lure by Agnieszka Smoczynska. In 2016-2018 Agnieszka undertook further training, including Meisner Laboratory, and attended workshops under the supervision of Gary Condes and Beatrice Kruger. She joined Dawid Zakowski and his Stowarzyszenie Sztuka Nowa (EN: Society of New Art). As part of this, she played a role in Pink Bitterness. Ksiezniczki (EN: Pink Bitterness. Princesses) directed by Gosia Trajkowska, which premiered in Komuna/Warszawa in 2017. During her association with Stowarzyszenie Sztuka Nowa she received two years physical theatre training based on the Grotowski method and took part in a project called Grupa Badawcza, which aimed to explore movement on various planes. In 2020, Agnieszka was cast in a stage play called Powiem Mamie (EN: I am going to tell my mom) touching upon violence issues among children from troubled families - the first play in Poland where only Meisner trained actors and director (Bartek Goła) were engaged. While gathering professional acting experience, Agnieszka obtained a masters degree from the University of Warsaw, under the eye of professor Leszek Kolankiewicz (expert and author of many books about Grotowski’s work). For her dissertation Agnieszka’s essay was called Actor training in Konstantin Stanislavski's System and the Meisner Technique.

Anna is a multidisciplinary artist with over 25 years of experience rooted in hip-hop culture. Known for her expressive freestyle dance, she has performed internationally with renowned companies and choreographers across Europe, Asia, North America, and Africa. Her artistic journey spans dance, theatre, film, and visual arts, always with movement at the core. Alongside her creative work, Anna leads movement-based workshops for actors, focusing on emotional awareness, physical expression, and the connection between body and presence. She also works as an energy therapist, movement facilitator, and soft skills coach, blending artistic sensitivity with deep human insight. Her approach is grounded, intuitive, and shaped by the values of : authenticity, expression, and connection.

Lindsay is a professional singer and actor, who first trained classically at Trinity College of Music, London and in musical theatre and acting. She has performed as a soloist at many of Britain’s major venues and festivals, recorded both on CD and DVD, toured and performed across Europe. Radio broadcasts include Radio 3′s In Tune, Danish Radio, and Radio 4′s Woman’s Hour. She has directed opera; and devised, coached and staged modern musical drama. She provides individual vocal coaching for presenters, singers and actors, and those in public life. Lindsay coordinates the work of the GFCA London and GFCA Paris centres; in London; she coaches, directs and teaches singing voice privately, and on the Advanced Intensive Programme; she coaches and directs film-scenes for Pro-Intensive actor-courses; coaches and directs Classical scenes and film-scenes for the 1-year diploma at GFCA Paris. Her theatre directing projects include Fear and Misery of the Third Reich; and plays devised for and with Advanced actors: including The Ascent of Woman, Refugee, Exist Other Wise, Hero’s Journey; & Les Liens Qui Unissent (London & Paris combined project) Lindsay designed the groundbreaking book on Character Analysis - A PEOPLED LABYRINTH - for and with the author, Christopher Fettes, & with Giles Foreman, for GFCA Publishing.

Janet is a working actress who originally trained in the Art & Science of Movement for three years before training at the Drama Centre for a further three. Whilst at Drama Centre, Yat Malmgren encouraged her to learn and teach the Movement Psychology aspect of his work, which when she is free she continues to do.

Elisa Freitas Machado is a dancer, choreographer, performer, dance teacher. She graduated in Performing Arts from the Federal University of Rio Grande du Sud in Brazil, She is also a body therapist based on Carl Gustav Jung's work. She first studied with Maria Julia da Rocha, who was herself a student of Lya Bastian Meyer, pioneer of expressionist dance, and of Mary Wigman in Brazil. Her style of interpretation and choreographic composition are influenced by this background. She has taught classical dance, body expression and contemporary dance for more than 30 years and counts more than 25 years of experience as a choreographer.

Rebecca Karpovsky is a Paris based American professional actor, clown, and coach, working between Europe and the US in film, theatre, voice over and commercials. Rebecca speaks and performs in Russian, English, Spanish, and French. She currently plays in the French Moliere Award winning show Les Franglaises, teaches at GFCA Paris and Impro academy Paris. Rebecca worked as the assistant director on a StudioCanal produced immersive theatre show, No Fate in Paris. Prior to working in Paris, she played Sarah Bernhardt in the NYC off-broadway production of La Fin: The Last Hour of Sarah Bernhardt’s life. She is a member of the NYC theatre company, Lost & Found Theatre Project. She trained at École Philippe Gaulier and with Wynn Handman and Kathryn Gately in NYC.
